Service Enhancements

If you bring your computer in for service, it is our goal to complete the work within three business days. Speciality services, such as our popular virus removal packages, may take longer depending on the level of service chosen. If your service work is an emergency, you may pay a one-time "rush fee". This fee gets your computer on the bench immediately, but does not include any other service charges. This fee is payable in advance. We also offer pickup, delivery and setup services. Prices shown are for locations within 20 miles of our store on Washington Road near I-20. Additional charges will apply for locations outside this perimeter.
